Passo Rolle – Rifugio Mulaz

Starting from Passo Rolle, the panoramic tour goes up to Baita Segantini. Going down towards Malga Venegiota, it continues on the trail Nr. 749 in order to reach Forcella Venegia. From here, going around Monte Mulaz, the way goes on the trail Nr. 751 (Dolomites High Route n.2) you go around the massif of Monte Mulaz unit you reach the destination of the first leg, the Mulaz Hut.
Mulaz Hut – Rosetta Hut

From Rifugio Mulaz, the walk goes on towards Passo Mulaz. Going down along the trail Quinto Scalet Nr. 710 towards the Val Venegia till the Baita Segantini. From there, the trail goes downwards till Passo Rolle and then almost flat to Malga Fosse di Sopra. Through Sentiero dei Finanzieri, Nr. 712, Crode Rosse, you just have to follow the trail until its end at Rifugio Rosetta.
Note: For those who wish, from trail 712, it is possible to reach Rifugio Colverde and from there ascend to the Altopiano delle Pale di San Martino using the Rosetta Cable Car.
Rosetta Hut – Velo della Madonna Hut

After you get to see the magnificent Altopiano delle Pale, the trekking goes on. From Rifugio Rosetta, the trail Nr. 702 goes downwards in direction San Martino di Castrozza. The downhill is at the beginning quite rocky but develops in a normal forest path that leads to Val di Roda. Following the trail Nr. 721 for about 3 hours, there is the possibility to enjoy the Pale di San Martino and Campanili della Val di Roda view, which will lead you to the end of the day walk: Rifugio Velo della Madonna.
Velo della Madonna Hut – San Martino di Castrozza

To end up the tour, from Rifugio Velo, follow the trail Nr. 713 to Prati Col. Throughout Soraronz, follow the trail Nr. 724 in order to reach San Martino di Castrozza. The final kilometers offer a nice transition between the mountains and the beautiful atmosphere of San Martino di Castrozza town.
