From San Martino di Castrozza, take the Colverde Cableway and then the 712 path to reach the start of the recently renovated via ferrata called “Bolver Lugli al Cimon della Pala”. This very panoramic and lofty via ferrata goes up the southern side of Cimon della Pala and permits to reach the Fiamme Gialle bivouac (3005 m). From the bivouac, walk downhill towards Passo del Travignolo (2935 m), to admire the wonderful view on Val Venegia. From Passo del Travignolo, in about one hour it is possible to climb up to the top of the near Cima della Vezzana (3192 m) following the 716 path, and reach the highest Peak of the mountain range of Pale di San Martino. To get back to the Rosetta Hut, walk down the slope of Val dei Cantoni on the 716 path and climb up to Passo Bettega (2660 m), then reach the Pale di San Martino plateau and the Hut (2581 m).
Rosetta Hut – Velo della Madonna Hut

From the Rosetta Mountain Hut (2,581 m), follow path 702 down to Col dele Fede (2,278 m), then take path 715 to Passo di Ball (2,443 m). From the Pass, go up on the 714 path along the Nico Gusela equipped path to reach the saddle called Forcella Stephen and the nearby Cima di Val di Roda (2791 m), from where it is possible to enjoy the breathtaking panorama of San Martino di Castrozza. Climb down to so called Porton (2480 m) and then follow trail 739 until you reach Rifugio Velo della Madonna (2358 m), following the via ferrata of the same name.
Velo della Madonna Hut – Pradidali Hut

From the Velo della Madonna mountain hut, follow path 742 (the Cacciatore trail) up to Cima della Stanga (2,550 m), then descend into Val Pradidali beneath the imposing east face of Sass Maor. The route includes a detour from the original path, for which you must be prepared and properly equipped.
Once you reach Pedemonte (Portèla) (1627 m), follow path 709 uphill towards the Pradidali mountain hut (2278 m).
Alternatively, from Cima della Stanga, you can take trail 747 (Buzzati) instead of the Cacciatore trail, rejoining the original route at Pedemonte (Portèla).
Pradidali Hut – San Martino di C.

From the Pradidali Hut proceed towards the Velo della Madonna Hut following the 739 trail sign; after a 30 minute walk, take the via ferrata called Ferrata del Porton. Once on the top of the via ferrata you get to the spot called Porton (2480 m) to enjoy the view on San Martino di Castrozza, destination of the Palaronda Ferrata Tour North. Head down along path 739b and follow the Ferrata dela Vecia downhill; continue for a few metres along path 721 until you reach the start of path 713, which descends to the junction with path 724, leading back to San Martino di Castrozza (1450 m).
ALTERNATIVE OPTION:
From Rifugio Pradidali, the trail climbs into the spectacular basin of the upper Val Pradidali towards Passo Pradidali Basso. Once you reach the pass, in about 1:30 you can climb Cima Fradusta, then continue towards Rifugio Rosetta and then descend towards San Martino di Castrozza following path 702.
